Retention Period for Personal Data

Auren does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the (legitimate) purposes for which your data is collected, taking into account any legal obligations to retain data for a specific period.

Auren shares personal data with third parties if necessary for contract execution (service provision) and to comply with legal obligations. Auren will assess the request within four weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for admissibility and process it within an additional four weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). If you disagree with our assessment, you can file a complaint through Auren’s complaints procedure.
